JoViPak® Genital Pads with straps are recommended for labial swelling and/or fibrosis. Anterior width designed to cover bikini-cut hysterectomy scar. Padded foam liner with continuous-flow vertical stitching pattern directing lymph flow laterally from the pubis toward the axillary collection areas. The soft cotton/elastic straps over the iliac crest hold garment in place, but outside compression is needed for optimal results. They are washable and can be autoclaved as the foam fill is stable to 300 degrees F. The fabric is Buff colored Polartec® Power Dry® which wicks moisture away from the skin and dries quickly.
